All energy assessments are undertaken by a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. With fees from £80 dependant on size and complexity of property.

SAP Calculations (under 200m²)
1 - 5 Initial Design Calculations - £100 per unit type
5 - 20 Initial Design Calculations - £75 per unit type
Extensions and conversions individually priced from £100 dependant on size and complexity. Please contact for further information.

On Construction EPCs
OCEPCs, required for newly built properties, can be provided for an additional fee of £25 (inclusive of lodgement with the Government agency Landmark)where we have undertaken the initial SAP calculations.

Floorplans
Our Floorplan service will assist house vendors and property professionals to enhance their property details allowing the prospective buyer to see the detail behind the photos and text.
We produce high quality, laser measured plans conforming to RICS guidelines and the Property Misdescription Act. Fees from £50.
Order your Floorplan at the same time as the Energy Performance Certificate and receive a discount.

Home Information Packs
HIPs can be supplied for registered freehold properties from £260 including the EPC.

Unregistered, leasehold, or multi title properties will attract additional fees.

VAT is not currently applicable to the above fees.
