All energy assessment are undertaken by a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. With fees from £80 dependant on size and complexity of property.

Extensions and conversions individually priced from £100. Please contact for further information.

On Construction EPCs
OCEPCs, for new builds, are calculated by a fully accredited SAP Assessor for a fee of £25 (inclusive of lodgement with the Government agency Landmark).

Floorplans
Our Floorplan service will assist house vendors and property professionals to enhance their property details allowing the prospective buyer to see the detail behind the photos and text.
We produce high quality, laser measured plans conforming to RICS guidelines and the Property Misdescription Act. Fees from £35.
