SAP Calculations (under 200m²)
New build projects - Initial Design Calculations from £75.
Extensions and conversions involve considerably more work and are individually priced from £100. Please contact for further information.
SAP Calculations - Bespoke Service
For projects based in South West England, the bespoke service has proved particularly useful. Experience has shown that particularly in the case of extensions to the diverse property types in this area, a site survey provides invaluable information to allow the production of more accurate SAP reports and assists in the resolution of problems in meeting the requirements of Building Control. On Construction EPCs
OCEPCs, for new builds, are calculated by a fully accredited SAP Assessor for a fee of £25 (inclusive of lodgement with the Government agency Landmark). Please note that the EPC is produced from a SAP calculation and can only be undertaken by an assessor who is accredited for this purpose.
Floorplans
The floorplan service will assist house vendors and property professionals to enhance their property details allowing the prospective buyer to see the detail behind the photos and text.
We produce high quality, laser measured plans conforming to RICS guidelines and the Property Misdescription Act. Fees from £35.
